Great list to start with! Besides these, I’d strongly recommend checking out your local public library ASAP. They often have free computer access, Wi-Fi, and even newcomer support resources. Also, don’t underestimate how quickly you’ll need to figure out public transit or how to get around – buying a transit pass was a top priority for me right after the SIN and bank account.
